Return Policy Basics
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any eligible item.
- Returns are free — we provide a prepaid return shipping label for all US returns.
- Refunds go back to your original form of payment (or store credit, your choice) within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.
- No restocking fees. Ever.
Helmet Returns — The Important Part
Helmets are DOT/ECE-certified safety equipment, so we can only accept returns on helmets in new, unworn condition:
- Try your helmet on indoors, over a carpeted area, with the protective liner film left in place if it shipped with one.
- The helmet must come back in its original packaging with all pads, visors, bags, and tags included.
- A helmet that has been ridden in, dropped, or shows any signs of wear cannot be returned — once a helmet takes an impact it can no longer be sold or trusted as safety equipment.
Exchanges
Wrong size or want a different color? Easy — start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we will get the exchange moving for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, contact us right away — we will cover everything and make it right, including all shipping.
Shipping
- Free shipping on every order — no minimums.
- Orders ship within 1 business day; delivery typically takes 2–6 business days in the US.
How to Start a Return
Head to our Contact Us page (or reply to your order confirmation email) with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we will take it from there. If you cannot find your order number, it is in your order confirmation email.
